After finishing high school at Kearsney College in South Africa, Mickey attended Illinois State University on a tennis scholarship, and fell in love with our amazing country. Having family work at the largest real estate firm in South Africa, Pam Golding, Mickey gained a deep interest in this profession. Mickey specialize in residential real estate, whether it be buying, selling, investing or renting. Mickey prefers to follow a motto my boss told me, ‘Chase the relationship, not the commission!’ It is a motto on which Mickey bases his entire business.
Joe Rueck Broker
Joe was born and raised in the southern suburbs of Chicago and graduated from Illinois State University where he attained a degree in accounting. Upon graduating, Joe started his career working for a marketing company, and quickly found himself managing sales teams nationwide. After living in six different cities throughout the country over a five-year span, he followed his heart back home to Chicago where he would pursue his childhood dream of real estate. Joe grew up in a family with close real estate ties and witnessed the success of Matt Laricy (brother-in-law) firsthand. Joe believes real estate should be a personalized process, and loves the boutique style approach implemented here at MLG. Joe specializes in residential real estate and is very passionate about protecting his clients’ interests and satisfying their needs. He is highly committed to his real estate education, as he is being mentored and coached by one of the best realtors in the city.

Matt attended college just outside New York City at a small school “Manhattanville College,” where he played hockey. After college he went on to play at the professional ranks in various cities across the country. Following his travels Matt decided to return to Chicago where he grew up in the south suburbs. It was then that he rediscovered his love for Chicago and passion for real estate. He really believes that the city has something for everyone. Matt’s love for Chicago paired with his dedication to clients makes him a perfect fit for the Group.

Jamie graduated from Eastern Illinois University in the spring of 2014. Shortly after returning to her home in Chicago’s Southside, she realized her dedication to administration and client services. She accepted a position as a legal assistant, and demonstrated her skills of time management, efficient communication, and hard work ethic. After two years of assisting four partners in litigation services, Jamie felt she could be more challenged. Using her professional contract knowledge and committed personality she started with the Matt Laricy Group. Jamie enjoys working with a wide array of clients on a daily basis, the quick pace atmosphere of the real estate business, and strives to execute smooth contract transactions with all parties.
